Dr. Prof. Shaista Anjum Noori
Dr. Shaista Anjum Noori is a distinguished academic and Head of the Department of Urdu at Thakur Prasad Singh College, Patna, a constituent unit of Patliputra University. With a deep commitment to Urdu literature and education, she has contributed extensively to teaching, research, and cultural scholarship. Her work reflects a dedication to preserving and promoting the richness of Urdu language and literature, inspiring students and scholars alike.
Moshtaque Ahmad Noori
Moshtaque Ahmad Noori is a distinguished Urdu short story writer, critic, and cultural leader from Bihar. Widely recognized for his literary works such as Talash, Band Aankhon Ka Safar, and Chaat Pe Thehri Dhoop, his writings have been celebrated across India and abroad. Alongside his literary career, he served as a senior government official, retiring as Joint Director in the Information & Public Relations Department, Government of Bihar. Currently, as Secretary of the Bihar Urdu Academy, he continues to promote Urdu language and literature through innovative initiatives and cultural programs.
